Doppio Filo is Ugo Poggi’s ornate shape in its most essential guise: the relief-moulded rim, the ivory body of the porcelain and two threads of colour brush-painted along the edge, in blue, light blue, black, green or gold. A decoration that accompanies the everyday table with lightness and sits easily beside the maison’s richer collections. Every piece is hand-finished in the Florentine workshop; slight variations in the stroke are the artisan’s signature.
